Student protesters take over SF State building

Tuition at San Francisco State University will increase next year to $2400 from the current $2000.  School staffers statewide are already taking forced days off. Overall, California State Universities will accept 40,000 less students over the next 2 years.

At five in the morning, about 30 students locked themselves inside an S.F. State building while another 20 protested outside. They demand that the CSU system roll back the $400 tuition fee hike.
